- Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates should have good exposure to lead generation through Linkedin, Cold calling and other social media platforms.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles.
-Developing a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and Customer Satisfaction.
-Candidate should be highly proficient in lead conversions with a proven track record.
-Experience in Client negotiations.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging their own network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and thoroughly understand client business and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives

Job Type: Full-time
