Receive inform guide visitors including coordination with employees. Responsible for maintaining the telephone registers including call tracking. Preparation/ updating telephone list for client. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office. Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of MMLA management. Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of Reception. Assist with the resourcing of other aspects of MMLA operation as required. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Very strong technical and execution abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
