Job Description

The Customer Care team at Nestaway is working to support and create strong customer relationship management systems for our family of 15000 Tenants & Owners across the country. Our team supports customers in all local languages, from more than 32 cities pan India. We are aimed at creating a phenomenal customer experience by preventing and solving problems for our customers by interacting directly or via our systems with our customers. You are expected to help us achieve that by listening to customers and escalating their pain points to us.

  • Effective management of Inbound, Outbound calls & emails
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, internet-speed environment
  • Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact
  • Strong verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills
  • Strong documentation skills to record Customer interactions
