Qualification - Any graduate Experience - 5- 7 years Job location - Santacruz
Responsible for guiding new Franchise Partners in Center Set Up. Creation of system ID\'s/Payment Mapping/Order Process etc in collaboration with Finance Team. Set Up Zoom/Google Meet calls to review the Center Level progress Work closely with internal teams to extend timely support and resolve issues: Coordinate with Business team to ensure smooth centre launch. Follow up for timely release of Franchise Agreement with COT Ensure EPMS has been updated with correct details and Fee Card. Coordinate with Respective stakeholders for EPMS training and with Academic Operations team for timely partner and teacher training. Collect feedback for all the Process & Product trainings conducted and share with relevant stakeholders/ Facilitate the marketing launch plans by coordinating with the Brand team Ensure timely release of centre kits by coordinating with the Supply chain team. Assist the franchise partners in fee card finalization Conduct regular surveys, closely monitor the NPS score and take corrective action wherever necessary. Handhold new franchise partners for a period of 6 months and ensure regular touchpoints as defined to capture feedback and status (30-60-90 day settling in feedback)
