Responsibilities Managing Unit Talent Acquisition as per manpower planning and budgeting Oversee and manage employee engagement activities, reward, recognition and employee satisfaction etc Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue of grievance handling Ensuring employee error free database management, HMS and HR daily report Execution of trainings as per calendar - Soft Skills/ POSH/ Departmental monthly training calendar and monitor the training effectiveness also.
