Responsibilities Managing Unit Talent Acquisition as per manpower planning and budgeting Oversee and manage employee engagement activities, reward, recognition and employee satisfaction etc Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue of grievance handling Ensuring employee error free database management, HMS and HR daily report Execution of trainings as per calendar - Soft Skills/ POSH/ Departmental monthly training calendar and monitor the training effectiveness also. Requirements and skills Proven experience as an HR in Hospital only Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 950,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Raja Sansi Rd, Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Hospital: 6 years (Preferred)
