Sales Manager - Uni Cards - Leading FinTech
What you will do :
- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy
- Build & manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM
- Collaborate and provide support to the team to achieve sales objectives
- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing and customer handling
- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings
- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to the existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestor
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online marketing strategies for lead generation and sales
What you will need :
- Graduate and above from a UGC recognized university
- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales professional with 5 -10 years of experience.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of any regional language is a plus
- Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore
- Comfortable with 6 Working Days
- Comfortable with rotational shifts as per business requirement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence effectively across the stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels
- Persuasive and excellent communication skills verbal and written, including excellent presentation skills.
