Description: POSITION OVERVIEW : UI/UX Communications Expert POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : The platform is based on Confluence and Linchpin and is loaded with many features. You will be part of the Core Intranet Team and will be responsible for: Continuous content integration management with various colleagues worldwide User interactions w.r.t trainings/ solving queries/ attending to new requests Admin/Editor community management Constant improvement and betterment of product experience for the users Governance of the platform Liaison between partner agencies to execute constant UI/UX improvements The Ideal person: Qualification - Gruaduation degree in communication is preferred Years of Experience - 4+ years Has technical background and knowledge about Atlassian Confluence or content management systems Has great communication skills Has basic exposure to UI/UX concepts Is user oriented Has some experience in agency management & project management
