Set up entire outbound Telemarketing operations for the organization2. Manage in-house inside sales process; also monitor the outsourced sales work3. Manage leads from all sources and understand business metrics4. Manage cross-sell/ up-sell campaigns by creating a process-driven framework.5. Lead, mentor & monitor performance of councilor, team lead and Sales manager and ensure target achievement.6. Implement adequate measures to maximize productivity and revenue generation.7. Working as an Individual contributor for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months for understanding our process, product and sales workforce before handling a team of approximately 10-20+ BDE, Sr BDE & BDM.
