Integration : intercluster trunks, CUCM integration with CUEAC, UCCX, IM&P, CUC, third party TAPI clients
Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS,CCS), FXS /FXO, MGCP, H.323, SIP and SCCP etc.
CUC 10.x and above, IMP 10 and above.
UCCX and CUE scripting call flow
IVR based call flow on CUC
Expressway, MRA, Jabber
SIP trunking with ITSP
Advanced SIP setup(SIP profile, security profiles, header manipulation)
Understanding of inter VLAN communication, QoS, packet traversal over data network
Concepts of dialling plan and numbering plan, class of restriction, telecom regulatory
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Advance troubleshooting of all telephony components
Handle as needed with Problem Management which may include analyzing data for root cause analysis
Understand customer requirement and incorporate LLD in orange environment
