about the role To design, consult, deliver and troubleshoot, Customer changes, migrations and implementations on Customer Telephony Network to achieve Outstanding Customer Experience. Lead the team technically with all collaboration projects. Represent the team in Presales and engineering meetings and work on newer solutions. about you Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways) gatekeepers and Unified Border Elements (CUBE) Integration : intercluster trunks, CUCM integration with CUEAC, UCCX, IM&P, CUC, third party TAPI clients Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS,CCS), FXS /FXO, MGCP, H.323, SIP and SCCP etc. CUC 10.x and above, IMP 10 and above. UCCX and CUE scripting call flow IVR based call flow on CUC Expressway, MRA, Jabber SIP trunking with ITSP Advanced SIP setup(SIP profile, security profiles, header manipulation) Understanding of inter VLAN communication, QoS, packet traversal over data network Concepts of dialling plan and numbering plan, class of restriction, telecom regulatory Good interpersonal and communication skills Good time management, and organizational skills Customer Oriented Attitude Ability to work under pressure and multitasking. Team Spirit Proactive and self motivated Problem Solving Skill Commanding level experience of Designing & handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure and products. Hands on experience of design, deployment & troubleshooting of the Cisco Unified Communication Products CUCM 10.x, CME 10.x and above SME Direct Routing, Microsoft Teams Skype for Business Enterprise Voice Audio-codes SBC setup Sonus SBC Setup AnyWhere 365 contact center setup Advance troubleshooting of all telephony components Handle as needed with Problem Management which may include analyzing data for root cause analysis Understand customer requirement and incorporate LLD in orange environment additional information B.E in electronics and telecommunication or any other engineering degree. Cisco/Microsoft/SBC certification required. Expert level certification required. department Customer Services & Operations
