• Be part of the team to support various monitoring topics for Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) related products in the organization.
• Design, manage and optimizing Splunk infrastructure
• Optimize Splunk queries, deliver custom, efficient, faster reports & dashboards
• Broader view on Splunk data analysis / mining to understand and facilitate customer requirement on splunk data, reports
• Integrate Azure services such Call quality dashboard data with Splunk via all possible technical methods
• Explore, develop Splunk, Azure monitoring services to match the customer requirement
• Experience in different monitoring/reporting tools such as NexThink, PowerBI, Tableau or any other data analysis tool
• Analyse monitoring requirements, design/implement monitoring solution and maintain/support the product after rollout.
• Be involved in all processes of data analysis:

o Collecting and processing data
o Generating meaningful reports/dashboards
o Visualizing reports/dashboards
o Delivering and maintaining reports/dashboards

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Splunk query/dashboard/knowledge object; OR
• Candidate with no Splunk experience but has very good working knowledge in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function App, Azure Log Analytics, PowerShell, Azure ISE, Azure AD, Azure SQL, Azure API Management are welcome to apply
• Team player who can work and collaborate comfortably with international stakeholders (across multiple time zones)
• Interculturally open, assertive and communicative as well as binding and friendly in appearance
• Good to have: Experience with SQL, Linux, Excel pivot

• 5 - 10 years

B.Tech/ B.E / MCA or any other equivalent degree
