We are committed to delivering an outstanding educational experience that prepares our students to become leaders in the field of pharmacy. : Teaching and mentoring students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy program Developing and delivering curriculum in the field of pharmacy Conducting research and publishing scholarly articles in relevant journals Participating in departmental, college, and community activities Providing guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development Responsibilities: Teaching and guiding students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy program Designing and delivering lectures, seminars and workshops Evaluating student performance Conducting research and publishing papers in the field of pharmacy Participating in college and departmental meetings and committees Advising students on academic and career-related matters Qualifications: A Master\'s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a pharmacy college or university is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods Experience in research and publications is an added advantage.
