Job Description


1. HR Strategy:

- Lead the development and execution of Human Resources strategy and plans in alignment with the organizational goals and vision

- Continuously evaluate and benchmark HR and Administration practices and make amendments from time-to-time to remain best-in-class and ensure competitiveness and market viability

2. Recruitment:

- Plan and oversee effective implementation of the recruitment strategy to ensure the right talent is available at the right time and drive the entire recruitment process to provide direction on talent needs

3. Talent Management:

- Ensure proper design and execution of training programmes in line with the organization goals and needs identified

- Oversee the execution of the Performance Management system and annual appraisal process

- Reward & Recognition

4. SOP Management:

- Lead the implementation, analysis, review and revisions of SOPs from time-to-time

5. Employee Engagement:

- Drive employee engagement to develop effective internal communications strategies and programmes to promote morale and productivity

6. Legal & Statutory compliance:

- Ensure compliance with various statutes and guidelines

- Ensure all litigation matters are addressed in a timely and most appropriate manner

- Ensure HR audits are done smoothly without any observations

7. Attrition Management:

- Monitor Employee Attrition and provide insights to the Management based on the statistics and feedback received from exiting employees

8. Field HR:

- Oversee processing of Field HR activities

9. International HR:

- Ensure smooth HR processes for subsidiaries, expats and other international locations

10. Payroll Management & Employee Services:

- Oversee payroll and benefits are processing to ensure they are done in a timely manner as per the applicable statutes

11. Administration:

- Oversee all Administration matters including facilities administratiom, building lease, and facility management, vehicle management, canteen management, etc.

12. Crisis Management:

- Lead the Crisis and Emergency response Management for the organization and ensure proper mitigation
