WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Client Implementation Director ("CID") is responsible for leading successful implementation and ongoing support of Tresata Software across the customer base. The CID primary objective will be to lead a team of qualified Project Managers and Production Support specialists to ensure that Tresata has a scalable function to support the strategic growth objectives of Tresata across regions; you should expect that there would be extensive stakeholder (internal & external) management required.
As a CID, you will develop and execute on end to end processes to support:

• Implementation of Tresata Software (customization as necessary) implementation across the customer segments of Tresata - key objective to implement Software within budget, timeline and meets all stated requirements as per the implementation agreement with the customer
• Ongoing support of Tresata Software across all implementation sites of Tresata - key objective to meet/exceed the SLAs lead as per the support agreement with the customer

In this critical role, CID will lead the implementation and support teams to implement repeatable processes and consistently drive efficiencies into the processes. You will effectively engage internal stakeholders across Data Engineering and Sales Functions and external client stakeholders to ensure that there is superior customer experience through implementation and support processes. As a leader, you shall lead teams in overcoming strategic obstacles with expert business acumen... and own the success of building and developing the Client Implementation/Support teams as measured by high performing teams, retention, and growth in talent.
This role requires you to practice empathy, provide thought leadership, coach team members, and strive for excellence in delivering value for our clients. You will also be expected to participate in select projects to sharpen your technical skills and business acumen as it relates to Tresata software implementations.
The most critical skill for success in this role is the ability to solve complex, sometimes unprecedented, problems. At Tresata, we are committed to solving the world's toughest problems with our software so this role is not for the faint of heart.
As a Tresata Client Implementation Director, you will:

• Consistently contribute best practices to the Client Implementation/Support teams to optimize the processes
• Drive strategic conversations with internal and external stakeholders and maximize client value
• Engage with the Product, Data Engineering and Sales functions of Tresata to contribute strategic inputs into Tresata product roadmap
• Manage five or more direct reports successfully with an emphasis in maximizing performance and growth
• Implement measures to assess the performance and effectiveness of the teams to identify gaps and continuously improve
• Provide strategic guidance and feedback for employee development

Requirements
WHAT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

• 10+ years experience in leading, hiring, and managing technical teams
• 8+ years Industry expertise in end-to-end software implementations and support
• Strong familiarity in Product development and current industry technologies
• Strong experience in working with and servicing global clients
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
