Job Description

We are hiring a strong and motivated, Training and Audit Head to join our team. You will be responsible for the driving Training and Quality team for the organisation.

- In this role, you will oversee the Training and Quality Teams ensuring the potential in employees by providing them the required training meeting Quality checks to in determining the customer's overall experience with the contact event. You will work closely with customers, team members, doctors, and cross functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience in Training and Quality, has managed highly effective teams, and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities:

- Analysing the employee's skills and potential to provide them different training sessions for enhancing their capabilities.

- Planning and driving plan for different pieces of training and applying new developmental methods.

- Ensuring that all elements of compliance / audit are continuously adhered and continuous process improvement is monitored.

- Service Level Management for the customer support ensuring adherence to the set SLA's - maintain and achieve business requirements and implement the same with set guidelines

- Setting up new processes as required, creating and updating the Training Calendar

- Ensuring maximum participation in training, capturing feedback on training programs and executing necessary changes.

- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Strategy to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes for new hires.

- Creating a strong culture of Performance which meets all the Quality metrics enabling world class service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years of industry experience in Training & Audit

- Leading the team for Quality and Training

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail

- Quest for Constant learning and building process for over success of Traya

- Candidates from B2C or Startup will be an added advantage
