: Travel Help Desk Executive (6-7 Years Experience) Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Travel Help Desk Executive with a proven track record of 6-7 years or more in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of domestic and international travel booking procedures, the ability to create comprehensive travel itineraries, and expertise in handling travel insurance policies. Additionally, the candidate should have some exposure to basic HR and administrative responsibilities, including housekeeping, managing stationery supplies, ensuring security protocols, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Booking and Itinerary Development: Utilize your extensive experience to efficiently book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other related services. Craft well-structured travel itineraries that meet client preferences and requirements.
  • Travel Insurance Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in advising clients on travel insurance options, understanding various policies, and assisting clients in selecting suitable coverage based on their travel needs and destinations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, address their queries, provide travel recommendations, and offer top-notch customer service throughout the travel planning process.
  • Travel Regulations and Trends: Stay updated with the latest travel regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure accurate and compliant travel arrangements for clients.
  • Basic HR and Administrative Tasks: Apply your foundational HR and administrative skills to oversee housekeeping tasks, manage office stationery inventory, uphold security protocols, and facilitate vendor interactions.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships effectively to ensure the seamless provision of services and resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-7 years or more of relevant experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on travel booking, itinerary planning, and travel insurance advisory.
  • Proven expertise in using travel booking systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international travel regulations, documentation, and visa requirements.
  • Familiarity with a range of travel insurance policies and their applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HR and administrative tasks, including housekeeping, stationery management, security procedures, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities concurrently.
  • Problem-solving attitude and a customer-centric approach to deliver optimal travel solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and applications.
