What this job involves

About the role:

Objective of the role:

You will be the face of JLL at the client\xe2\x80\x99s site and will be responsible for interacting and addressing the needs of guests / tenants by maintaining strong public relations, taking feedback / suggestions. You will also be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of Building Upkeep Services, primarily of common areas in the premises.
  • Manage training that includes assessing training needs of staff, and developing and coordinating programs to meet soft service needs.
  • Develop Work Plans and implement the same
  • Organize and provide appropriate coordination for employee relations\xe2\x80\x99 issues & statutory compliances
  • Applies knowledge of administration of program, resources, and staff.
  • Monitors the staff performances.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others and to communicate effectively.
  • Develops, interprets, and applies policies.
  • Develops and implements the SOPs for effective result.
  • Reviews programs/ processes for effectiveness.
  • Brief all staff regarding their duties, designated areas and special instructions if any.
  • Ensure discipline, proper attire and etiquette in the staff under them.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of network resources such as Printers, Fax Machines and other office equipment as required
  • Manages stock and inventories

Meticulous and Being Analytical

You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. Possess the ability to collate information, using logic and reasoning to identify the alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. You should be able to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts.

Qualifications

You need to have a relevant educational background in hospitality with min 1-2 years of work experience OR 2-3 years of experience in Client/customer service facing roles.

Good Communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language is a must

Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends and holidays is an added advantage

Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile application and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is also preferred.
