- Greeting Customers over the Phone.
- Offering Travel Advice and Creating Itineraries.
- Identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional material and organizing learning activities.

Qualifications
- Education in Travel stream is required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner and energy
- Knowledge of any GDS
- Good destination knowledge
- An eye for detail and identifying potential problems
- Good command over English
- Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
