Job Description

Amani Travel and Tourism is a well-established tour company based in Dubai. They are looking for an experienced travel consultant to join their team and help with the planning and execution of international and domestic tours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and at least 2 years of experience working in the tour section of a travel agency. :
- Plan and execute international and domestic tours for individual clients and groups
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide advice on destinations, tourist attractions, visas, vaccinations, etc.
- Stay up to date on new products and services offered by Amani Travel & Tourism as well as changes in the travel industry in general The Successful Applicant:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in the tour section of a travel agency
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English, Hindi, and Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo Offer Details:
