The team you’ll be part of The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. Our Enterprise business group addresses mission and business critical networking requirements for asset-intensive industries. We build hyperscale cloud and private networks for our customers, and serve private enterprises in the webscale, transportation, energy, manufacturing and logistics industries as well as public sector governments and cities. Nokia's enterprise portfolio supports our Future X for Industries network architecture combining secure high-performance, ubiquitous access and intelligent IP/optical networks with agile multi-cloud-enabled solutions, analytics-driven digital value platforms and business applications to help drive and support industrial automation.
What you will learn and contribute to

General Purpose

CX Enterprise Sales CHIMEA is in charge of the business to Government & Enterprise customers, focusing on Energy, Transportation, Government and Cities, Public Sector, and Manufacturing & Logistics. CX Enterprise Sales CHIMEA sells the whole Nokia portfolio to these target markets, including mobile, fixed access, IP & optical, applications (IoT, analytics…) and services.

: CX enterprise sales CHIMEA is looking for a seasoned sales professional who will own the Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy segment sales pursuit. The role will have the mandate to develop new business with Energy, Transportation and Manufacturing organizations in India and other select territories in addition to supporting the ongoing business opportunities with key customers. Responsibilities:
  • Provide key SME support to all Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy segment in the region.
  • Develop and drive Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy business in the region with focus on key accounts and territories in coordination with CT heads/account managers.
  • Own sales funnel development for Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy opportunities targeting growth year over year by acquiring new customers.
  • Lead customer engagements by providing thought leadership on technical and commercial aspects of the Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy industries.
  • Own the technical relationship with technical directors and CXOs in the customer organization and act as customer senior advisor for this vertical.
  • Demonstrate true understanding for the dynamics of India across different verticals and customers.
  • Play a key role in the Pre-sales phase of the opportunity to influence customer decisions and RFP content.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager and leadership team to execute the offer phase and present it technically and commercially to the end customer.
  • Develop relationship and pipeline with Global Industrial Partners in India.
  • Demonstrate E2E understanding for Nokia portfolio in Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy including but not limited to IP/optical networks, Campus Private 4G/5G networks on the access and core fronts, GSM-R, LTE, FRMCS, cyber security, and relevant software solutions from Nokia portfolio.
  • Work closely with Nokia regional Business Group representatives to promote Nokia solutions.
  • Develop relationship with external regional/global key consultants to promote Nokia solutions.

Your skills and experience
  • 10-15 years experience working in Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy industries or at least one of them.
  • 7-10 years sales/pre-sales proven experience preferably selling Nokia or similar solutions to Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy organizations.
  • Deep and expert understanding for the end to end ecosystem for the Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy industry.
  • Proven experience and technical knowledge in private 4G/5G networks and future evolution path.
  • Solid Transportation, Manufacturing, and Energy market knowledge and clear understanding for the opportunities landscape in India.
  • Proven relationships in India across global industrial partners, Governmental entities, transportation/energy/manufacturing customers, manufacturers, global system integrators and telecom service providers.
  • Proven agility and experience to build a business and take it to the next level of growth.
  • Languages: English
