Vendor Management
- Vendor Creation & Vendor onboarding
- Delivery Associate Recruitment
- Vehicle hiring and onboarding & Vehicle Deployment
- Complaints Handling & Customer managment of OPS engagement.
- Cash Management and ensuring all transporters deposited cash to hub on daily basis and
- Knowledge on Pricing
- Operations planning and execution
- Need to handle transport contracts and develop and implement transportationprocedures.
- Offer guidance to contracted drivers on the best ways to maximize their earnings,
- Daily follow\xe2\x80\x93ups to the transporters and vendors on adhering the process and closing the
- Ensuring the client requirement to be fulfilled on time
- Ensuring all the transporters reporting adherence to be maintained 100%
- Ensuring the adhoc arrangement on time
- Ensuring MIS updates on daily basis and reporting to the team
