POSITION REQUIRED:

Transport Logistics APAC - DAR & Data Analytics Specialist

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The candidate will join Asia Pacific Operations team as Data Analytics Specialist having a double perimeter of influence:

DAR defects analysis, reporting

Regional KPI data calculation, consolidation and reporting

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. DAR defects analysis

a. Ensure and coordinate data collection with SGS and depots in India

b. Data analysis and identification of trends & issues to be corrected

c. Coordinate communication with Plant Quality, Depots and TL management

d. Support and point of reference for the new DQR system implementation

e. Presentation to regional management of weekly/monthly results and action plans

2. Regional KPI

a. Calculation and consolidation of sub-region KPI (distribution KPI, ocean leadtimes, safety, p44 visibility)

b. Daily update of the In-Transit monitoring tool

c. Analysis and issue resolution on p44 shipment initialization/execution

d. Presentation to regional management of monthly KPI results

e. Support and point of reference for p44 Ocean implementation

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for Transport/Logistics World and attitude in working in international contexts

• Proactive, well-motivated, with a Can-Do attitude

• Knowledge of EXIM and Transportation

• Ownership, Customer Focus & Performances

• Proficient in the use of whole MS Office suite with excellent skills in Excel

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience working with standard management software packages (such as URP, ERP, AS400) and with Business Intelligence tools (e.g Qliksense, powerBI, p44).

• Well organized, with flexible approach and able to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent Team player and able to interact proactively with different internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization also in remote locations

• Open-minded and with attitude in working and interacting with people owning different cultures based all over the world

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or equivalent experience required

• Fluent in written and spoken English, any other language is beneficial
