About the department

The Total Rewards (TR) team at Global Business Services (GBS) is specialized in the various domains of Compensation, Benefits and analytics and is responsible to ensure smooth execution and management of Rewards related operational activities globally. GBSTR acts as strategic partners to TRCOE in various business-related activities. This team plays a pivotal role in running key TR activities throughout the year to ensure we attract and retain talent in organization by providing competitive rewards and benefits to our employees.

The Position

As a Data Analytics Specialist- Total Rewards (TR) you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:

• You will be involved in creation of key metrics, lead indicators and standardized reports/dashboards that provide meaningful HR Metrics.

• You will develop complex reports, audit data, and perform analysis to identify data trends using Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, and other analysis tools. Based on generated customer insights, you will provide recommendations which impact global strategy.

• Ensure and recommend optimal setup and maintenance of data warehouse and setup best-in-class data business rules to support swift and accurate data analytics. Alongside this, you will ensure efficiency and drive optimisation of global insights and analytics project execution - including visualization of data

• Provide recommendations for management strategic decision making, based on analysis and impactful communication of insights derived from secondary data - and collaborate with department colleagues to integrate primary data insights in analyses.

• On-going collaboration with affiliates and regions, in order to be updated on key requirements and insights. Co-ordination of and participation in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• You hold a graduate degree in pharma/ computational science and mathematics, statistics, finance or relevant natural science background (area of emphasis in Statistics). Postgraduate is preferred.
• You hold 7+ years of relevant work experience
• You should have hands on experience in Tableau and Alteryx
• QlikSense capabilities an advantage
• Experience in working with global teams an advantage.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry an advantage - especially with patient-level analytics
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
