Vehicle Fleet Management
- Ensure vehicle maintenance & service schedule
- Provide road side assistance
- Vehicle statutory compliance (RTO / Insurance / Vehicle Fitness)
- Development strategy to ensure booking from open market
- Ensure fulfillment from contractual customer
- Provide full support for market fulfillment
- Ensure record keeping in software provided and excel sheet
- Keep track on vehicle moment
- Follow-up for loading and unloading vehicle
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup
- Ensure driver recruitment
- Handle driver and their grievances
- Administrate driver / vehicle road expenses
- Develop and maintain relation with contractual customers
- Develop and maintain relation with transport broker
- Cell phone reimbursement
