Is responsible for productivity of the Defence Unit and for recruitment and development of prahri managers (PMaEUR(TM)s), officer rakshak & A&A. r r r r KEY RESPONSIBILITIES r r r r Facilitate creation of effective distribution of officer rakshak and A&A as per yearly goal sheet. r r To meet the revenue targets for the Defence Unit r r To track the productivity measures as per the GPA : Premium per agent , case rate , persistency, Paid cases per agent , YTD appointments , Retention Rate and annual FYP standards. r r To identify ,interview and select new prahri managers r r Adhere to Prahri Manager linked sales and service standards r r Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) for prahri managers r r To ensure retention of Prahri Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis. r r To conduct regular Audits on Defence Activities r r Help Prahri Managers in maximizing business from a given Defence Unit/Establishment r r Supervise the activity plan of prahri managers, officer rakshakaEUR(TM)s & agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards r r To ensure that all prahri managers, officer rakshakaEUR(TM)s and Agents under supervision perform as per the companyaEUR(TM)s rules and regulations r r r r Preference of Industry background r r Preference 1: Insurance/financial sales exp +defence experience r r Preference 2: Sales Background, any industry + Defence experience Preference 3: Defence Ex-servicemen Preference 4: Insurance Sales+ history of adaptability to new business avenues Preference 5: Pure defence family back ground( Current Serving personnel) r r r r DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ? Graduate / Post Graduate ?
