Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving transition programs across all business verticals and portfolios
- Ensure programs under his / her portfolio deliver successful transition executions/bids
- Working with Transformation team to drive DGEM alignment that includes incorporating CG best practice according to specific client needs and come up with client DGEM
- Driving Impact Assessment phase at country/ region/ market level to develop and drive action plans to identify and close gaps between approved client DGEM and as-is local country / BU processes\
- BPO experience of 17+ years. Currently in a leadership role, driving continuous improvement and transformation
- Prior experience in transitions with an understanding of process transformation and standardization, along with managing projects of at least 200+ FTEs
- Strong Program Management skills
