The Transitions Manager, GCC sits within Global Business Services (GBS) in the Corporate Zone, reporting into the Transition Lead, GCC. Main Responsibilities

To plan, project-manage and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale process transition or migration projects or any internal projects and to negotiate and own SLAs and KPIs till completion of the transition or migration process. Ensure adherence to the Offshoring/transition framework for project planning, execution and delivery

Work with cross-functional teams (internal and external representatives) to analyze requirements (changes in existing processes and workflows), identify solutions and plan for process transitions or migrations;

- Conduct due diligence/ feasibility related activities at partner/internal site and be able to comprehend business related activities of the operations and then document these in the form of a due diligence report along with recommendations and next steps

- Ensure adherence to project plans, documentation requirements and project timelines;

- Liaise with business lines and functions (operations, HR, Learning and Development, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, Planning &MI and IT) on training, recruitment and system requirements for projects;

- Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports;

- Assist Program Manager(s) with project status updates for medium to large scale process transition or migration project plans; Resolve project related issues as well as look to provide relevant solution.

- Escalate project related risks and concerns when necessary;

- Facilitate negotiations of service level agreements and KPIs between teams, the end-customer and business lines and functions, owning them till the transition or migration is completed.

- Contribute in improving current practices of the Projects team and be able to participate diligently in any internal related projects

- Work towards improving stakeholder relationships and ensure that stakeholder/ customer satisfaction scores are high

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in technology, management, commerce, or related disciplines. Master\'s degree preferred.
• A 5-8 years of work experience in handling process transitions preferably in a business process outsourcing setup.
• Working knowledge of the CPG Industry is desirable but not mandatory
• Language Knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Fluent English
