We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants for Customer Strategy and Applied Design team, focused on Strategy & Operations. The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement. Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects.

Role/Responsibilities include ability to:

As change management professional, you will work with clients to enable effective transformations by enabling the end-to-end change management of Digital solution adoption

• Support in leading change management activities - Leverage any change methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the program
• Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Design a change project to reinforce and sustain change within the business and execute the change management plan
• Lead client discussions to understand complex business issues and change requirements.
• Quantify the impact and risks of change on processes, technology and business delivery, and proactively work to minimize these risks, drawing on external information and case studies as required.
• Support communication efforts - Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
• Ensure all change management tasks are completed timely, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery.

• Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training
• Operate, with support where needed across change management, communications and stakeholder engagements/alignments
• Provide functional content including Deloitte\'s point of view on change management in digital adoption and other related activities.
• Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to projects

• A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and digital change management, specifically in thinking through large and complex engagements
• At least 4 years of expertise in large scale change management of digital technology solution
• Understanding and Knowledge of enterprise applications

• Strong critical and analytical thinking; ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems
• Leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor team-members
• Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
• Experience in facilitation of design workshops with a variety of stake holders
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills

• Willingness for long term international or domestic travel
• Experience in at-least one of the domains - Retail, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Financial services, Healthcare, Lifesciences
