Job Description
Lawyer with 2-4 PQE Based in Bangalore or open to relocation to Bangalore Provide assistance in: managing the Fund\'s equity investment transactions across many locations drafting, reviewing and analysing investment agreements (Term Sheet, SSA, SHA, SPA, and other legal papers) and providing advice to the business team and external stakeholders as needed supervising legal due diligence and identifying important issues in a transaction portfolio management include analysing and processing corporate actions as well as consent requests from portfolio firms administering and enforcing internal governance principles, as well as monitoring legal and regulatory compliance inside the organisation. The Successful Applicant 2-to-4 years PQE as a legal counsel/associate in a reputed law firm/investment fund/in house M&A or corporate development team. Possess an accredited LL.B. (bachelors\' in law) degree. Sound judgement and ability to analyse legal precedents and documents & good communication and drafting skills.
