The incoming resource will be managing all in-life ancillary documentation and monitoring and keeping up to date the bank\xe2\x80\x99s suite of precedent documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• • Assisting in drafting in-life real estate investment, development, holding and corporate credit facilities.
  • Drafting security documentation for in-life credit facilities.
  • Monitoring credit facility documents and maintaining various trackers for the Portfolio Management team.
  • Assisting on a number of in- life transactions simultaneously.
  • Management of all in-life ancillary documentation.
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date the bank\xe2\x80\x99s suite of precedent documentation.

Our story
OakNorth Bank was built on the foundations of frustrations with old-school banking. In 2005, when our founders tried to get capital for their data analytics company, the computer said \xe2\x80\x98no\xe2\x80\x99. Unfortunately, all major banks in the UK were using the same computer \xe2\x80\x93 and it was broken.
