- Follow the legal recovery strategy and assist the collections teams in maximizing the region's recovery.
- Implement the approach and set a recovery objective for the actives.
- Maintaining and updating the legal MIS on a regular basis.
- Work with law enforcement and the courts to ensure that dues are paid in the region.
- Ongoing use of legal mechanisms such as timely sec 138 notices, legal notices, Lok Adalat, and conciliation, among others.
- Managing the region's lawsuit database successfully.
- New legal tools and procedures are being implemented.
- Initiate a project to reduce the region's legal costs.
- All case files must be well documented.
- Adherence to procedures and processes.
- Maintain positive relationships with the region's solicitors.- To account for the majority of non-performing assets (NPAs) and build bespoke solutions to maximise returns on investment.
