Facilitate learning programmers on a variety of topics and learner segments predominantly at entry level and first level managerial roles : Audience analysis: Demonstrating the ability to grasp the context and learning preferences of the target audience for whom the content is being curated and articulate desired learning outcomes, identify appropriate learning asset types based on the same Content sourcing: Demonstrating the ability to source content that effectively and efficiently addresses the identified learning outcomes. Facilitation Skills: Excellent learning delivery skills, using voice, body language, presentation design, and technology to make an impact Promoting social learning: Driving interaction and engagement in a live learning setting, and synthesize / catalyze insights from the interaction Continuous improvement: Analysing feedback (stakeholders and learners) to continuously improve the quality of facilitation. Compliance to standards: Adhering to internal guidelines on facilitation. Process Rigor: Taking ownership of the tasks assigned, driving it with desired end result in mind and reviews regularly to ensure timely completion Communication: Communicating ideas and inputs with appropriate stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes. Surfacing any challenges faced without delay along with possible solutions Prioritizing Development: Recognising areas of improvement for self and taking the initiative to work on them. Leveraging Feedback: Using feedback from manager, co-workers and client functions to find ways of enhancing performance.
