Summary:
The Training Operations Coordinator will provide support for the Genesys Beyond line of business. As a Training Operations Coordinator you will be on the frontlines for providing a world-class support experience for our Genesys Beyond customers. The Training Operations Coordinator will be a key part of the Genesys Beyond delivery experience in providing support for various issues and requests.

Job description:
Responsibilities:
  • Triage tickets coming into support
  • Respond to level 1/2 inquiries via ticketing system & via phone
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues
  • Proactively work with students to provide them information they need for classes.
  • Enter registration / exam data into learning system
  • Create new users in Salesforce & LMS system
  • Run basic reporting for classes / students
  • Ensure proper retention of all documentation.
  • Provide self-study lab access and first line support to students
  • Weekly class setup, ensuring student are enrolled correctly, images are deployed to instructors


Requirements:
  • At least one (1) years of experience in an office environment.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a training environment given strong consideration.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs
  • The ability to problem-solve and multitask
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience using an LMS system
  • High degree of detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Working quarterly shifts US, EMEA and Indian time
