S&P Global Sustainable 1 The Role: Training Lead - ESG The Team: S&P Global is one of the leading providers of ESG data for investors, corporates, and other stakeholders. This data is used by investors, asset managers, and in S&P Global\'s various divisions and products. The team is responsible for managing S&P Global\'s proprietary database, comprising one of the world\'s most complete datasets on corporate sustainability. What\'s in it for you: As a Training Lead, we are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven candidate with 3-5 years of experience in ESG data to join our ESG Research Team. The team\'s mandate is to be the experts in the field of ESG data, whom our new entrants/existing team members can rely upon/trust to provide smart, accurate, valuable, timely solutions and assist in helping them to come up the learning curve at a quick pace. One would work with multiple team members/ leaders to define, manage, and implement plans in terms of elevating the domain knowledge of new entrants/existing team members on ESG data particularly Environmental data sets. Responsibilities: Upon onboarding the new members, provide and ensure successful training is implemented. Lead and conduct necessary process-related training sessions Prepare training materials keeping the domain functionality in mind. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen by the users. Tailor-specific training programs for employee growth, career path assistance, etc. Be the point of contact for improving users\' domain knowledge & performance. Maintain a high level of data awareness within the team Manage knowledge checks for new/existing team members at regular intervals Effectively contribute towards the learning and development function of the Team by building the learning and development materials/framework for the team (e.g. videos covering certain aspects) Conduct In-house sessions such as quizzes, etc. periodically to facilitate the recent changes/ongoing in the team. Collaborate with subject-matter experts, leaders, and stakeholder(s) to align content to learning objectives, create engaging learning opportunities, and develop quality assessment tools Stay updated with latest enhancements/updates wrt. data collection tool functionalities by participating in relevant testing. Qualification: Master\'s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a trainer, preferably in secondary research/data operations. Experience with ESG/sustainability is mandatory. Must be self-directing and manage training schedule Demonstrable and hands-on experience in building learning content and delivering the same. Reasonable familiarity with principles of design thinking, lean, and instructional design. Prior experience in ESG data ratings and research is added advantage Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good to have \'Train the trainer\' certification.
