Deliver process training to the new hires
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct training sessions and refresher trainings on the floor
\xef\x82\xa7 Conducting Mock calls / reports and role plays during the classroom training
\xef\x82\xa7 Attrition Management \xe2\x80\x93 End to End yield
\xef\x82\xa7 Managing trainee discipline & follow up on absenteeism
\xef\x82\xa7 Share knowledge transfer of floor experiences
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage trainee expectations during classroom training
\xef\x82\xa7 Address all process related queries during classroom training
\xef\x82\xa7 To ensure the whole batch clears the assessment and graduates to the floor
\xef\x82\xa7 Updating reports
\xef\x82\xa7 Preparing and updating the training modules as per requirements
\xef\x82\xa7 To maintain a good training quality
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage performance of trainees throughout the training and even during the initial stage of taking live calls /
emails and ensure good through-puts
Requirements
Required: Required: Undergrad /Graduate in any
discipline with 1-3 years of work experience with some previous experience in a similar role
Preferred: Experience in International BPO industry
Shift - Night Rotational Shift (5 Days working)
