JOB TITLE: TRADEMARK ATTORNEY As a Trademark Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and services related to trademark matters for our organization or clients. You will ensure the protection of intellectual property rights through trademark registration, enforcement, and management. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Trademark Registration: Conduct trademark searches to assess the availability of proposed trademarks. Prepare and file trademark applications with the relevant intellectual property offices. Respond to trademark office actions and handle any necessary amendments. 2. Trademark Enforcement: Monitor and protect trademarks against infringement, counterfeiting, and unauthorized use. Send cease and desist letters and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings against infringers. 3. Trademark Portfolio Management: Maintain and update the organization\'s trademark portfolio, including renewals and maintenance filings. Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of trademarks. 4. Legal Advice: Provide legal counsel to clients or internal teams regarding trademark matters. Assess the risks and benefits of various trademark-related actions. 5. Research and Analysis: Stay updated on trademark laws, regulations, and industry trends. Conduct research and analysis to support trademark-related decisions. 6. Client Communication: Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to provide updates on trademark matters and answer inquiries. QUALIFICATIONS:

• \xc2\xb7 Law degree from an accredited law school.
• \xc2\xb7 Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• \xc2\xb7 Specialization or experience in trademark law.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in trademark registration and enforcement is a plus.

• \xc2\xb7 Contract drafting and negotiation.
• \xc2\xb7 Communication and negotiation skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of trademark search and registration tools.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9350,000.00 per year Benefits:
