Set clear goals and expectations for team members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members. Monitor and evaluate team performance and productivity. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Month-end and Year-end Close: Manage the month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting during these critical periods. Account Reconciliation: Review and approve account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues in reconciliations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the R2R function. Implement best practices and efficiency improvements. Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Work with auditors during financial audits. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Keep the team updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for Tower Lead - R2R (Record to Report): Must be a qualified CA/ICWA Must have more than 14+ years of PQE Indian Shared Service experience is preferred Must have a shared service experience Hands-on experience in SAP, S4hana Should demonstrate substantial accounting and leadership experience. Exhibits strong technical skills in accounting and financial software. Display excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Show a commitment to process improvement and aligning with strategic goals. Communicate effectively, adapt to change, and uphold ethical standards.
