Job Description

about the role
To plan and implement change and release activities and projects on MPLS based orange Business VPN network for airline customers
that belongs to Airport Hub architecture.
Perform operational changes including both customer Router (CE) and Orange backbone devices ( PE & EAS).
To validate the detailed technical design of complex VPN changes, adding and modifying various services like ValueNet,
Internet, Zscalar & IPT etc.
To provide support to Customer Service Managers (CSMs) and Technical Account Managers while performing VPN audits and optimization on
customer VPN configuration.
To support installation of new router and switches, activation and testing, perform post implementation review and work upon service
improvement plans.
To provide support to incident management teams to provide effective fault resolution.
