TL Customer Service (m/f/d) TN-51-Sousse - SOU0001UI
Your tasks: Responsible for Customer Service activities in his/her area of responsibility.
Manages and develops customer service organization in area of responsibility
Coaches the organization regarding defined standards and best-practices
Ensures the availability and skill-level of LEONI customer service personnel in area of responsibility
Supervises day-to-day customer service activities for selected customers
Supervises day to day operations between ADC, customers, LEONI production facilities & third part logistics
Supervises customer order processing for selected customers
Manage and operate Advanced Delivery Centers (ADC) outside of country organization, incl. supervision of external logistic service provider
Supervises the communication to the customers in area of responsibility
Manages customer packaging (if applicable) in area of responsibility
Ensures in-time processing of customer logistics complaints, incl. application of the 8D methodology
Conducts cycle counting and stock take to ensure inventory accuracy
Executes emergency measures in case of missing FG to fulfill customer demand
Executes emergency measures in case of process non-compliance by external logistics service provider
Issues and processes logistics alerts in case the root cause is the day to day operations inside area of responsibility
Creates yearly planning of logistics costs budget in principle companies (delivery centers)
Monitors actual costs & implements actions to reach costs targets
Supports actions in case of deviations to value chain customer satisfaction
Supports strategic activities by Logistics Network Global Services related to area of responsibility
Supports implementation of customers terms, conditions, and standards, including customer specific processes
Contributes to negotiation of logistics agreements with customers (e.g. flexibility agreement, production & material release)
Supports sales for VCM related recharges to customers (obsolete material, freights, services)
