Your role
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Play an active role in developing the TPRM function by conducting strategic analyses and presenting the results to the TPRM leadership team
• Support local Senior Management in outsourcing risk management by following global and local procedures, providing timely management and regulatory reporting and managing inventory of outsourced services
• Foster collaboration and information exchange between teams
• Be a part of a high-performing global team on high-profile projects

Your team
You will be working in CDIO TPRM organization. You will be based in India and working with a global team of professionals. This role will have broad exposure across the bank, interacting regularly with senior management, control partners and business stakeholders across the bank. This is an opportunity to shape and lead our APAC execution teams and to take responsibility of large strategic offshoring and outsourcing programs.
Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree (4 year university equivalent), minimum of 7 years working experience in a similar role in third party risk management, risk assessment, outsourcing or supply chain project management positions or management consulting, preferably in the financial services industry
• A track record in strong project management skills, management and leadership, effective prioritization of work, analysis and reporting with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and develop and maintain relationships across the bank
• Excellent written and spoken English and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• High degree of integrity with an open, honest and direct communication style and willing to challenge inefficiencies within the system
• Flexible and able to work efficiently across multiple time zones
