Deputy Manager Third Party Risk Management (6+yrs)

Location: Pune

- You\'ll lead the design and maintenance of the group\'s third-party policies, standards, and controls, offering vital Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to business units. Collaborate closely with the commercial function to drive policy compliance and enhance risk reporting capabilities organization-wide.

Responsibilities:

1. Regularly review and enhance policies and procedures in response to changing risk landscapes.

2. Enable effective risk mitigation and implement robust processes for assessing and monitoring third-party risk controls and performance.

3. Serve as a trusted SME in third-party risk management, providing expert guidance and support to business units in the selection, onboarding and management of third-party relationships.

4. Prepare and present regular risk reports and dashboards.

5. Lead maintenance and oversight of the associated policy, standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout programme implementation and on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

1. 7 yrs+ experience in risk management (including Technology and/or security).

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in third-party risk management or a related role within the financial services industry

3. Good knowledge of regulatory requirements & industry standards pertaining to third-party risk management.

4. Good knowledge of third party risk management and outsourcing best practices including relevant financial services regulations

5. Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, data analysis, and reporting tools.
