: Desired Candidate Profile: 3 to 5 Years experience in PL- Salaried Biz, individual sourcing / managing small teams, Exp in Insurance, Experience in Micro Finance, Exp in Credit Cards handling DSTs, Salary a/c Managers in Banks Ability to create professional work culture that encourages enthusiasm and team spirit Understanding of credit risks & operational risks. Ability to manage and implement change by taking complete ownership Roles and Responsibilities: The key functions will be: Target setting & management - Monitoring targets in numbers & volumes Portfolio quality management - through superior underwriting, working closely with collections Cost management - managing all cost of acquisition with revenue generation People management - Motivating team, handling HR & administration function of Salaried Units Customer experience management - Ensuring superior customer experience and handling customer service in terms of collections, pre closures & service issues Business: Achieve assigned volume target set for the Salaried Units Ensure sourcing quality, achieving Salaried Biz Targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds Provide superior customer experience Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies Monitoring Performance Contributed Value .Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses Employee Retention Employee Productivity Customer experience Monitor individual performance of each employee, continuously work to maximize productivity People Management Motivate and developing Salaried team Driving Salaried Units to excel.
