Experience : 6 - 10 year(s) Location : Noida Education : Graduate (Bachelors) Function : Business Development Salary : 8.0 - 10.0 LPA Industry : Art and Design Skills Bid Management , Bid Evaluation , Tender , Presales Management of Govt Tender (Entertainment & Infotainment). Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications. Prepare and plan tender schedule / work flows / budgetary control / quotations. Coordinate and work with internal cross functional departments to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and tenders. To coordinate customer\'s bid requirements within the various departments, collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers. Preparing technical compliances, Annexures, Certificates as per tender requirements. Coordination with OEM for technical compliances, technical solutioning, brochures etc. Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal. Functioning as a part of biding team and arrange documents as per bid Requirements. Acting as bridge between company and OEM\'s, Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement. Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial). Follow up with OEMs for timely deliveries (Quality with Quantity). Coordinating with Govt. clients and understanding the requirements (as & when require). Job Requirements Understanding of govt. ecosystems. Experience in Tendering and proposal (RFP) writing. Candidates must have 5 years of experience into Bidding with good communication & Drafting skills. Open to travel.
