Job Overview

We are hiring a Telugu BPO Quality Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Junior role. As a Telugu BPO Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the customer service provided by our Telugu-speaking BPO team. This is a Full-Time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Telugu and English
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a BPO Quality Analyst role
• Strong knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) principles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certification in quality management or related field is a plus

• Evaluate Telugu-speaking customer service representatives\' performance through call monitoring and analysis
• Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to the BPO team
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and company policies
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to improve customer service skills
• Generate quality reports and present findings to management
• Collaborate with team leaders and other stakeholders to optimize customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
