Job Description
We are hiring Quality Analyst (US Non Voice Process). This is a permanent role and looking for somebody who can join immediately.
Required Skills:
Must have experiences in Quality analyst role not as Quality auditor.
Must have handled a team
Should know the preventive and corrective measures they have used in the day to day production process
Root cause analysis procedures and protocol he used to do this analysis
Should know to calculate the acceptance level of QA percentage
Must have knowledge in sampling methodology
Knowledge in MS office
Should have experiences in client communication and interaction
Knowledge in handling Reports
Should have experiences in problem solving methodology
Knowledge in check points to use tamper the repeated errors which resurface again
Must have knowledge in generating Csat,Dsat,AQS,ZDT,Ftable
