Job Description
We are hiring a talented and enthusiastic Female Tele Caller to join our team . As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our educational services. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our educational services
- Promote and sell our educational programs to prospective students
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and addressing customer concerns
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer information and update relevant records
