We are hiring a talented and enthusiastic Female Tele Caller to join our team . As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our educational services. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills Excellent communication skills in English Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Ability to work well in a team Roles And Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our educational services Promote and sell our educational programs to prospective students Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and addressing customer concerns Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team Maintain a database of customer information and update relevant records
