Job Description

Tele Sales - Must Communicate with the customers peacefully and sell the company's product- Our Client is hiring for TelesalesThe JobYou will be responsible for :- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders.- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximize usage and uptake.- Driving budget & monitoring spend to deliver results in line with planned objectives.- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in CSR, Telesales or CRM Manager within Telecommunications industry.- Experience within National Sales, would be a strong advantage.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard (ref:updazz.com)
