: Roles & Responsibilities:

• 
  
  OSS Architecture Design:
  • 
    Develop and design end-to-end OSS architecture based on business requirements and industry best practices.

Define and document OSS architecture standards, guidelines, and patterns.

  Solution Integration:
  • 
    Lead the integration of OSS solutions with existing telecom systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions that enhance overall network performance.

• 
  
  Scalability and Performance Optimization:
  • 
    Evaluate and enhance the scalability of OSS solutions to support the growing demands of the telecom network.

Optimize the performance of OSS components to meet or exceed established service-level agreements.

  Technology Evaluation:
  • 
    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in OSS and telecommunications.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve OSS capabilities and efficiency.

  Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • 
    Work closely with network engineers, system architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into OSS solutions.

Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure alignment with architectural standards and goals.

  Security and Compliance:
  • 
    Implement security measures within the OSS architecture to safeguard against potential threats.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to OSS and telecom systems.

  Documentation and Training:
  • 
    Create comprehensive documentation for OSS architecture, design decisions, and implementation details.

Provide training and support to the technical team and other relevant stakeholders on OSS architecture and best practices. Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an OSS Telecom Architect with a deep understanding of OSS concepts, protocols, and standards.
Strong knowledge of telecom network elements and technologies.
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance OSS solutions.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and familiarity with automation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Certifications in telecommunications or OSS-related technologies.

Experience with specific OSS platforms (e.g., Netcool, Granite, IBM Tivoli). Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role. Familiarity with cloud-based OSS solutions.
