Must have -

a. Leadership quality to drive discussions and outcomes

b. Stakeholder management

c. Good communication skills (Verbally as well as writing \xe2\x80\x93 emails/docs)

d. Agile experience

e. Epic & User Story creation

f. Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills

g. Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements

h. Good in working without much hand holding (Self-motivated)

Highly desirable -

a. Previous Telstra experience would be a great plus

b. Agile @ Scale

c. DevOps

Min BA experience expected - 7 years

Any specific technical / domain knowledge required (Must have or Good to have) -

a. Must Have:

i. Telecommunication OSS domain

ii. Customer journey for pre-sales & sales

b. Good to have:

i. Customer centric design

ii. Knowledge about AWS platform based application

iii. Knowledge about Addressing & Service qualification domain

Any tools knowledge required (Must have or Good to have) -

a. Must Have

i. JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian Plan (Advanced roadmaps)

b. Good to have

i. Draw.io or BPMN tools

ii. Splunk

iii. Postman

Preferred Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune
